Pre & Postnatal Class
Shayna’s Pre and Postnatal yoga class helps keep the body flexible, toned and healthy. Classes primarily focus on asana (postures) to gain mobility throughout the spine and hips and to build endurance and strength. Working with their breath and asana, women learn to relax and nourish their body and baby.

Shayna’s classes bring together a supportive community of new and expectant mothers, creating a rich and joyful environment. Women find a space where they can share their experiences of and questions about pregnancy with others.
