I use yoga to help me come back to a steady center. It is both a soothing and challenging practice that is deeply important in my life and serves as a constant resource. The asana (postures) practice is invigorating and it is a tool for maintaining calm. Applying this to daily life, it helps me breathe through challenging situations or circumstances. Meditation and pranayama (breathwork) are also deeply important parts of my yoga practice and help me to gain the focus that I use when teaching yoga and doing Craniosacral work. |
